Hi all!
Well, it just keeps getting better and better. Today we were supposed to wake our little guy up, but he was wide awake when we got to his foster home. We got him ready and ate breakfast, and then drove him to school. He has a lot of friends of school--and they are sad that he is leaving so soon. Tomorrow will be his last day.
After school we picked him up and took him to our hotel. We played on the computer a bit (as you can see from Donavan's silly photo booth self-portrait) and went swimming. We had a blast playing games and diving for coins. We even went into the hot tub. We ended the evening with some pizza and a movie wrapped up cozy in our room.
Donavan is such a joy. He is very smart and strong-willed. He knows the word "negotiate" and how to do it--effectively. We love him so much. What a blessing this all is! We love and miss all of you--and can't wait to be back in Bend as one whole family.

The girls wake up every morning asking if this is the day they get to meet you Donavan. They can't wait to meet you and play with you. We all can't for you to be back home.
